I think this is an enjoyable hobby for many people. Unless someone has a lot of followers/repeat customers is not greatly sustainable as a business.

I didn’t realize the fee for being in the marketplace showcase at all is .25 a day for 1 item and is automatically deducted from your credits until they’re gone or your item sells. Unless you go to Advertise and uncheck auto showcase.

I should be the one to decide when and if I use my credits. Where do you differentiate between which credits you want you use if you choose to use them? It says only 1 credited item per day. If I have multiple items for sale, those credits are going to disappear quickly. I really hate that credits expire if they’re not used in the same month. If I’ve paid for them, and don’t have any more items to list, that feels like theft to me. It’s still my money. It’s still something I purchased and I don’t think it’s right for him to just keep it. It feels like ‘pay up or else’. I don’t understand why people who sell higher priced dolls (not me) should have to pay more for the same service. I’m disappointed with Dave on this whole concept.

How does it choose which item to showcase when only 1 a day is allowed?

You can select which one you want and what time to post it.
I only found options to select 1 per day, when I was looking earlier. You also have to save the changes.

I didn’t select anything. It was done automatically until I saw that you have to uncheck it.

Yes. The auto is random selected. Which is how I had it before…
I think it will only change for me if I list more than 2 dolls a month higher than $499 and showcase 1 doll a day.
But I might be wrong.

The biggest problem I have is having to use 1 credit every day to keep it in showcase. For dolls priced between $1000-$1999 that’s $60 to keep it there for 30 days when they used to stay showcased and rotate until they were sold. That can add up fast if a doll doesn’t sell quickly and not all the more expensive dolls do.
It’s too complicated to keep track of easily and then there’s all the other fees on top of that.
