Let’s show our WIP part 4 (Part 3)

Thanks.. I was just playing around with the hair. I thought it looked sweet.

Oh ok! Thanks for sharing! I use some golden paint colors too. I love how translucent the skin tones are and I can’t nail down just one color that I see.

Nice to meet another air dry painter. Seems like there are so few of us!

The nails are Beautiful but I think it’s more about the overall coloring on the hands and feet—–they look so incredibly soft!!

So close but so far away. I think I got a bit inspired by Pia’s bangs. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Funny that you mention that because I didn’t like her eyebrows. I did a lot of this at night, plus there’s something going on with my vision as I get older. Might be time for bifocals or something. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

It’s 100% paint. I tried pencil years ago and never could get it to work right.

Thanks everyone.

And thank you for the explanation @lynn. I think I figured it out. It is probably softer colors, but also the color variation. I intentionally keep some parts light so they don’t look like gloves or socks. Guess I will carry on with this. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

She’s adorable! Love the eyebrows!
