I completely lucked out as my envelope hadn’t been sealed!

I think flipping the body inside out and sewing the crotch seam a bit slimmer is a better option for sure but not everyone has a sewing machine or can do this. So for those who don’t the hand stitching might be an option they would like to do. As long as they state it in the listing and why with pics should be fine.

I really like the idea of bending the legs in some. I did not think they looked bad before as I am used to seeing all kits be this way but then after seeing how much better the finished babies look I am going to be trying this.

I had a hard time getting my COA envelope open too so it will be the one for the baby I keep and I am not going to open the other one. I will let the buyer open it.

I didn’t pre-order Laura. I loved her limbs more than anything, but wasn’t sure about her face. After seeing you guys post pics of your Laura sculpts I ordered one. I’ll probably wait to paint her, I’m thinking she is so beautiful that it will be flooded with Laura’s for a while, but I could not resist.

I’ll probably wait and paint mine in January

Both of mine are brown.

The reason I opened them, even though I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to, is because I always include a photo of my COA in my listing on eBay.

I feel jipped, I didn’t get my COA in a cool envelope, just a Ziploc bag. Has anyone else noticed back embedded spots in Laura’s hands? I got my kit yesterday and she has several embedded black specks in both palms :frowning:

I would have rather not had the envelope.

I have not noticed any spots on mine but have only looked her over

@Leabelle do you know what that thing in your photo is that I circled in red? I got one also as one of the Mac’s black Friday gifts and I cannot for the life of me figure out what the heck it is or what possible purpose it could serve…

It’s a stand to hold your paint brushes. I was hoping to get one !

I heard it can be put on the paint brush handle

Oh you are right!
I heard wrong. lol

God, I never would have guessed! I was like do you break them off, little teeth? Golden flecked baby grill? Laying brushes on it makes a lot more sense than any of the weird things I was picturing! I may actually use it, it sounds a lot better and cleaner than the way I currently prop my paint brushes on my pallet, paint jars, whatever’s laying on my table

Yes I put my paint brushes everywhere I could and often they roll over and stain everything ! I think that’s a very useful tool !

I prop my brushes on a larger paint brush and am always knocking them over. I might need one of these.

For anyone who is about to paint Laura, the vinyl is excellent and takes paint beautifully. Unfortunately this means that mine is a bit more colorful than intended. Had I realized this earlier, I would have thinned my paint a little more.

I got the brown cardboard envelope. No black spots, my kit is perfection.
