Figures no one else has black spots, urgh. I’ve had really bad luck lately with every Mac’s kit I’ve gotten from first editions having black specks and vinyl issues. I’m not even going to bother emailing them, I already know from my Mathilda they will just respond telling me to dig them out, fill the holes with varnish and sand, followed by a very chipper thank you! Ugh is I wanted to perform surgery I would just do it instead of asking for a replacement kit. This one I’ll just do it, since they are only on the palms they should be easy to fix and paint over.
Thank you so much @DollyPardon for the heads up about the vinyl! I’ll definitely start more translucent them normal

Never got a out for delivery scan but here she is lol! As far as I can see zero issues with the kit. I do however think they super glued that envelope shut!

I just got mine out to check her. Her face was dirty with random black dots. But they all wiped away except one beside her ear. And her arms are shiny…but not quite as drastic as Delilah’s. I was surprised at how big Laura is. I wish I had time to paint her now. This is why I didn’t want to open her. I don’t have time for her.

Mine had the dirty black smudges also, so did the other 2 kits I got from them at the same time actually. I was kind of wondering about the factory as well, because the issues I’ve had with the last few from Mac’s were the same issues I’ve had with BB, minus the factory paint.

I totally agree, it has bugged me “forever”. NOBODYS crotch is that wide!! Drives me nuts, never could understand why they make the body so wide at the crotch. Definitely need a body that is made with a narrow crotch area so it looks natural.

Ohh, good idea. I think I’ll try that. Mine seem to roll off the table and on to the floor.
