Evee, if no one has mentioned to you yet, you should try cutting your hair into shorter sections BEFORE you root it, you won’t have near as much waste that way. I usually cut my hair into thirds before rooting, hair goes further and not so wasteful. Just make sure you keep the “cut end” always facing the same direction, I usually lay my cut hair on a paper towel with the words “cut end” at the top of the paper, then lay my hair with the cut end always facing up towards the words. Never get it mixed up that way. Just a thought to maybe help you save some hair.
