People are so crazy…Just refunded a lady for a doll she bought off ebay from me.Next time ill do no refunds…Whats wrong with people.This reborn thing is really bringing out weird people.Also very negative picky people.

Sadly Ebay will force a refund even if you state NO REFUNDs in the listing. Sucks.

Even when I have blank kit pics, I get this. Some listings are for different kits, and I only get 5 pictures to show on Etsy. If you by a model car kit, does the picture on the box show in it in blank parts?
There is nothing new or deceptive about showing a completed sample as long as the written description explains the detail.
Also, this particular customer is one I sent extra info and pictures to. Including blank parts pictures.
Point is, it’s going to happen sometimes, and I am not sure this is what I want to be doing.
This is all sort of a vent and think out loud with you guys, and I do appreciate your input.
LOL you should have heard me trying to think of things to say to her. I was ultimately at a loss for words. “Where do you fill it up?” she asked. I can’t remember what I finally sent to her. I was crazy busy at the time. I’m not hating on that kind of person, they make me laugh. Had I not been bombarded I would have spent more time explaining. I hope she googled it if she needed help.
Seriously, ALL the weirdest people. Cool people too though.
Never have I made art before where people begged, lied and scammed to try to get it for free.

People are SO rude when they can hide behind a computer. It’s sad.
they also don’t read descriptions in listings, which is even more annoying.
People can be really dumb in general, and yes, it’s frustrating. You can make your listing as clear as day and some people just won’t read it. I think to deal with the public, it’s necessary to have a great deal of patience… something that I personally lack.
I think I’m going to try an experiment, and put the blank kit pics up first and see what happens. It would be nice to avoid the grief. Will also help reduce the questions about full body silicone and peeing too.
Sorry you have to deal with nasty people. I haven’t purchased from you yet, but I know your reputation on here as always going above and beyond. I wouldn’t let the crazy minority get you down. Chin up!

Sounds like this person is not familiar with reborn dolls since she thought that was expensive for a completed doll.

Rosie arrived today. Thank you for packaging so well. And for the extras. So cute. Valentines ( yes I noticed …very thoughtful). I’m glad you packed her box in another box. My mailman literally shoved the box into my mailbox and half of it was hanging out. Told you he’s rough on my packages. She was very well protected. Thank you so much.
