These kind of things take years to resolve. Unless this person voluntarily gives up her TM, there is very unlikely going to be any development any time soon.

The petitioners have filed and Amy received by email notification of their request for cancellation. She has fourty days to respond. If she doesn’t, it is my understanding that it will automatically be revoked. She has to answer all the points brought up in the request and basically prove her trademark is valid.

Several amazing ladies in the reborn community actually did file a petition to have her trademark revoked. She never replied to said petition so a default judgment was recently granted in our favor! This “woman” still has 30 days to file an appeal explaining why she was late in her response and file proof that she coined the words (which we all know she cant do because she didnt) so its looking like this will all be over soon!

We’re all trying to leave her alone so she doesn’t fight the overturning of the the trademark. We have to get through another 14 days or so.

Where did you find that information? Every time I look,it says cancellation pending.I must be looking in the wrong place.
