It’s a wig. I wish I could remember the manufacturer – it was either Monique or Global. It’s acrylic and super soft. I got it from a seller on ebay. It was very long. I cut it using the ponytail method to make layers, cut in a few more tendrils at the bang area and pulled down random curls for variation.
