Is that a pool noodle section under the neck flange, On a receipt stick?
If so that is a way cheaper idea than a PVC bushing.

The Ice blue seems great for an Alternative doll but not realistic for a baby.
It would look cool in a ghost.

We havent done challenges for awhile
It might be nice to do a Halloween Parade. Nothing that is voted on, just post your babies in Halloween costumes, outfits, and also alternatives. Would be fun
