Yes it should be fine to go over another sealer.
I had a very sticky feeling, shiny, test head laying around. I tried this product on the test head, and it didn’t work for me at all. I guess I’ll stay with my soft touch+matting powder for now. The ultra matte will probably work on other projects so it won’t have been a loss. I sure didn’t get the effect you got. What kind of paints were you working over? @anjsmiles
Mine is not sticky, but is a bit shiny. I used it over babyfx… I’m now wondering if it wasn’t mixed properly. Can I shake this stuff up, @anjsmiles, or is it like the glass and tile medium that has to be stirred?
I shake mine. Be sure ladies you have the ULTRA Matte Matte version.
I have used it over RebornFX
Here is my baby not yet finished
I sealed the hair with 2 in 1 Sealer from RebornFx so it would have some sheen

I had to 2 rounds with it. I’ll check today and see if any shine returned!
