I recently bought a kit that has pretty narrow grooves in the flanges. I don’t think the head and limbs will turn easily with the zip tie and gathered fabric in the groove. So I ordered some rings, which I usually don’t use, and the edge that goes in the groove is exactly the same size. So now what?
I paint the inside of the flange with Paper Glaze and the limbs and head turn like dream.

I use super glue and it works really well but these grooves are more narrow than most. I guess I have no choice but to not use the rings since it would be pointless.
