When my shipment arrived, the Gemma sculpt’s head was all smooshed side to side…will that straighten up? Should I bake it and reshape ?
I will reshape when heated. You can pour boiling water into the head instead of baking to heat it and then you may need to stuff it with a few wash clothes to shape for the first time!

Great info pia! We’re in the process of moving. I opened one of my baby boxes the other day from storage and a couple heads are squished. I will definitely try the boiling water and washcloth as I don’t want use my oven.
