My 10yo got Reese for Christmas from my mom so that I can teach her how to make a doll. Today she started by washing him. I noticed in his soft spot area he has a perfect diamond with four lines coming out from it. Is that supposed to be his soft spot or is that not supposed to be there? I’ve had several kits with soft spots before but this looks a little unnatural and different from the other kits so I was curious.

Thank you! She was worried it was a mistake and I told her I thought it was just his soft spot but wanted to double check because it looked so different from the soft spots on the other dolls I painted. Of course this is only the second realborn kit I’ve bought so that may be why.
