Always start with clean if you want it to stay longer. Do not use super glue.Many people have ruined babies when they let it run on to the paint. If you think you can be extremely careful with super glue,it’s really up to you. I would be afraid I would let it run.
You can paint some wispy eyelashes and not have to worry about them.

I don’t have the confidence to paint lashes. I can probably try the toothpick technique to apply some. I think the closed eyes will make that easier? No chance of getting glue on an eyeball.

I’ll never live down pulling the lashes off of a doll when I was just a baby myself… This should make up for that. Sorry, Gramma. I didn’t know any better.

Prisma penciled lashes would work if you are not confident with painted but glued will work too.
