No…anyone can enter a baby in the monthly contest. If Jenny gets 3 entries then she posts the AOTM contest. If you are not logged in on REAL, you can see the voting results without having already voted. I like to watch until closer to the end of the poll before I vote. Might be the tiebreaker?

That is nice it would give more people an opportunity to enter If they wanted to , I have to confess I did find the vote was open for the public to see so I went to look every so often for updates .
