I think it us pool ring floaties with a blanket over them then tied around it with tulle

The Boppys are nice but if you need a dozen, those add up quickly The swim rings are inexpensive and fold flat for transport so they don’t take up much room.
I bought a set of a dozen swim rings on Amazon a while ago just for that purpose. They were super cheap ($10 maybe?). They look like donuts but when covered with blankets the design doesn’t matter!

How many fit on a table? I like the look of it… Might try it.

Wonder if normal baby blankets are big enough to cover it?
The ones I bought were kind of small so regular baby blankets worked fine. I think I got 4-5 on each table but don’t remember exactly. If I ordered them again I’d get a bigger size so the babies laid more naturally. I got the 15" but wish I’d gotten the 20".
