know some customers hate the trash bags, so I thought I’d mention my favorite thing!
Dollar tree (and I’m sure other stores) have decorative jumbo gift bags. Wraps perfectly around the baby and you can tie off and cut the excess

Yep this is what I use! They have a two pack of pinky red ones for $1 the the Dollar Tree. Sometimes patterned ones too. That’s what I use!
I worry that the color from the bag or from the tissue paper would run and ruin the items inside if they got wet.
The inside of the bag is white like a trash bag. It’s hard to explain, but I’m 99% sure it wouldn’t be able to bleed. I’ll have to try it next time I get one.
I’m an over-taper, too. LOL Cover all labels, box corners, box edges, and sometimes double tape. Better safe than sorry.
