I was curious who like cuddle there babies ?
I like if i am not feeling oke i have notished they give me comfort 
And because i have no friends with reborn i somtimes think is this oke 
What is your opinion on this i like to no ?

I do not own a reborn, I only make them. I do find much comfort in cradling/cuddling them when they’ve been completed, in between photoshoots. Then they go into plastics covers until they’re sold.

I do like to cuddle my babies, but it’s usually just a quick hug after I change them, or sometimes they sit on my bed so I can see them better. I’m not big into long cuddles, but there is a great amount of comfort that comes from holding a reborn.

I think it is OK if you enjoy it. It doesn’t matter what others find OK. I mean – if you find comfort there, there is no reason why not to. I do not sell dolls. Not yet, anyway. I don’t ever expect to sell dolls. I have only made 4. Two of them are 10", and kinda difficult to cuddle. 
But the other two are large and I do cuddle them at times. Maybe a long time between cuddles, but I do cuddle them at times. I talk to them when I am moving them about. The one I cuddle the most is Easton. She is a larger doll and so cuddly, to me. We each find our own comfort level, I think.

When i was younger my mother told me i was always playing with dolls
Change them and cuddel them brushes there hair
I work in a nursery and sometimes they give people a doll and i see that they cuddle with them
and feeling mutch relax holding a doll
So i think they do have influenece on people

I think that is perfectly normal, I would personally do the same but for me they begin to cause a sadness in me because I was never able to have children and it makes my heart ache a bit. But I am sure they can actually comfort some even in my situation. It’s better than taking meds!

I cuddle my dolls. I also still sleep with a stuffed animal a few times a week and I’ll be 40 years old in April. Reborns are very beneficial to my anxiety. Just the weight of them on my chest relaxes me…the heavier the reborn, the more relaxed I feel (which is why I decided to make a 3 month Joseph…I’m extremely looking forward to that baby and her weight).
I’ve started doing counter push-ups (I can’t get down on the floor and support my weight, so I stand as far away from my kitchen counter to where just my hands can reach when I lean forward and let my arms/hands support majority of my weight and do push-ups off the side of the counter), all this so I’ll be able to hold/carry her everywhere with me without getting tired. If holding a baby relaxes, calms, or adds any benefit to how you feel, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. You should cuddle babies all you want if you enjoy it.

I have babies on display. When I pick them up to rearrange them, I hold my favorite one for a few minutes. One day I’m going to make a replica of my youngest daughter that will wear her newborn clothes. I’m sure I will love that one.
Like most things in life I don’t care what anyone thinks about this or almost anything else. I did when I was younger, but it fades with the passage of time, trust me. 
You should not worry about people and their opinions either. Enjoy your babies however you would like to.

I cuddle mine! I rotate them to prevent too much wear but my Harlow (Levi sculpt)is my snuggle bug and I hold her most. I hold one while watching movies, talking on the phone, whatever. I don’t care. I enjoy it. I have a little baby bed thing I keep on my bed and there are two dolls in it right now. I don’t fall asleep with them in my arms but the bed is nearby so when I start to doze I can shift them over. NOT best practice but my dolls are well loved thats for sure. Before I refinished him, my very first reborn I made slept in my bed with me. He was a mess so it didn’t matter if he was treated a bit more wanton. Now that he’s redone I don’t do that.
I don’t cuddle babies I have for sale unless it’s while I’m taking their pictures. I don’t know why. I like to make sure they feel right but other than that they get stored away. But my own dolls I cuddle all the time.

I make them to sell. There are more times than others that I can’t wait until they are shipped, because they take up room. But once they are sold, I love to dress them and fix up their box openings. I hold them and kiss them goodbye. I also pray that they are a blessing to those they come in contact with. Open eyed dolls have more personality for me so when I’m changing their clothes, I talk to them and give them hugs and kisses. Otherwise, I just want to collect kits and move them along to someone else. lol. That being said, I never thought I would collect them, but I Had to have one from an artist here and I just love her, but again I don’t cuddle her. I like to change her clothes and take pictures lol.
I am convicted to not idolize anything or anyone.

That’s why we strive to make them cuddly. I cuddle mine and am not ashamed to say so. I made my first reborn to look like my grandson so I could cuddle him while he was out of the country for many months.

That is amazing that you were able to do a portrait baby of your grandson for your first baby! I want to get that good so I can make some portrait babies of my own.

I do not care nor worry over what others think of me or say about me – unless is some vicious like or something. But, if they don’t like that I cuddle dolls or love dolls, that is their problem, not mine. In school growing up those things seem to bother children much, and they did me at the time. But, now I don’t care. This is my life. I want to be happy and I want to enjoy my life.

The Dolls that i sold i did not cuddle because iff i had done that it doesn’t feel right for me !
But the ones i own i pick up sometimes for a while when i see there faces 
But i have depression for 12 years and have medication but sometimes have i have a relapse and
then i notished that when i hold one it give me consolation and cheer up me a bit

I wanna thank you all so mutch i am now feeling more comfortable when i pick up and cuddle one off my dolls !
Because sometimes i thought is this ok what i am doing 
After i got the depression i and my family notished my caracter has change and i feel uncertain
