She said she’d ship tomorrow. Wait and see if you get the tracking info like she said she’d do. If she does…great! If not, then give it a few days in case she mailed it without letting you know…hopefully you’ll get them just fine. If not received in a reasonable amount of time, contact PayPal to see if they can do anything.

In fact, Marissa, you should have her email. You can email her tomorrow afternoon if you haven’t received the tracking number by then. Stay calm and keep emotions out of it. The goal is to get the heads back…then you can address the refund issue.

I’m not mentioning names. She has issued the refund. It says pending. I am waiting for the heads to get back to me safely. But I still REALLY need a good rooter. Anyone?
