Who Am I?

Does anyone know who I am???

Look at Avery and see if that’s it.

You are so right!

Yep - I was searching and just discovered it IS Jaden. Thanks ladies. A friend of mine just received it as a boo-boo baby that somebody was throwing in the trash and has asked me to re-reborn for her. I’m excited to do it.

Oh, Jaden comes out really cute. You should just start this one fresh. The hair is way too harsh and the coloring is not so good. You could make this baby just precious. I’ve seen some beautiful Jadens and my friend, who I am teaching to reborn is doing one, so we have been researching. I didn’t even recognize him because of how this sculpt was handled.

I just checked the new sales and BB has some Jadens for sale right now. (19.95). I spent some time looking at him and then told myself NO MORE BABIES! I have to be very stern with myself as my “addiction” is powerful! LOL

I made a Jaden and entered her in the State Fair where she proudly won 1st place. About a month later my daughters dog pulled her off her bed and chewed the ear off. :disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved: yes the dog is still alive but I can’t bring myself to buy another kit and redo her head. I get so angry ever time I look at her.

Amy…nice to have a laugh, thanks.

If we all squashed our doggies for misbehaving, mine would be flat as a pancake most of the time, LOL!

I guess I should add that this little Beagle has a serious chewing problem but she is selective. Only expensive items go into her mouth. I paid $70 for a special leotard (designed by Shawn Johnson) for my granddaughter who is a gymnast. Yep, the dog chewed the crotch out before it was ever worn. In all she has chewed up 4 or 5 at around $40 each. I installed a hook for my granddaughter to hang them on just below the crown molding in her bedroom. She has to use a broomstick to get them down.

I have to really watch my Coltriever because he not only chews thing, he will actually eat them and I don’t want him to have a horrible blockage in his future. He’s only a year old, and may actually outgrow it. He has been slow to mature. He’s a very good and very smart dog though. (A Coltriever is a dog being developed that is a cross between a golden retriever and a border collie. They were originally called Golden-Collies, but that was very confusing as they are usually black and white like a Border Collie. They have the intelligence of a border collie and the gentle disposition of a Golden retriever. They make a wonderful companion dog, sort of like a toned down border collie. I’m sure this is more info than anyone wanted!)

They do have a way of picking the pricey things, don’t they?

Mine eat whatever it is they chew. Thankfully, they don’t do it as much as when they were puppies!

Ah! Hope on the horizon! Perhaps mine will slow down a bit too. He loves to eat paint brushes, with or without paint, and he likes to play with garlic cloves which he tosses around the house endlesslessly so he can fetch them and toss them again. He does this with any small object, erasers, popcorn kernels, pen caps, whatever. It’s pretty adorable, really. He’s staring at me right now like he knows I’m talking about him. He watches movies too, especially ones with dogs in them.

Funny! The beagle dose the tossing thing as well. It’s funny to watch. She thinks ALL stuffed animals are hers. Their back yard looks like a mind field.

We call all those mauled, skinned and slimy stuffies “gross-babies.” (As in, “Cruz, go get your Gross Baby!”) One of our friends thinks this is histerically funny. It just seems normal at my house, LOL.

Ours used to eat EVERYTHING in sight…extension cords, drywall, paper towels, socks, etc. Now, they’re generally happy with sticks and acorns. They do chew on their bedding so we don’t put much expense in that. One dog loves to pull the stuffing out of pillows. All that is mild, though, compared to the couch they all destroyed when I took a shower!

OH MY GOSH! A whole couch? What did you replace it with so they wouldn’t do it again?
