Are those work better than soft toothbrushes?

I use them for eyelashes on awake babies! I twist up too long of hair in them otherwise
My teenage daughter calls them “spoolies”.
I think they work better, while rooting anyways. They grab tails and extra hairs. I use them a lot to thin out extra hairs before tweezing. I never thought to buy them though. When I run out of mascara I just clean my mascara wand really well and use those.
