Heard back from Dave.
I got an email from Dave:
as long as you didn’t enter a credit card you are fine. you should be able to access the site now.
I came back now and just clicked the forgot password on log in. It sent me a link to log in and that worked and once I got in I changed my password again. Logged out and back in with my new PW and it seems to be working fine now.

I’m locked out of everything. I can post and read the seller forum and access the traffic button in the menu bar but if I try to go to my email, promote, nursery or do anything else I get a couple different pop ups saying my email is full or one with a “reactivate account” button. I can’t even look at other listings. I’m not on the directory list either even tho I’m a paid member. The above email is the response I got from Dave. I asked him about the reactivate button but he didn’t answer that. No one else is saying much so I’m in the dark. It would be nice if Dave made a post on the Reborn site or his FB page with some clear instructions. I secured my Stripe account and I haven’t clicked on any of the emails or links so guess I’ll just have to wait it out. Stinks too because I have a doll ready to go can’t make a listing.
I wonder to can it be fixed? Ai is supposed to surpass human knowledge soon…can Dave possibly know enough to out maneuver them? He says it could be days and he has said in answers to others that it is really hard. Is it just a matter of time before he can’t undo the damage?
Do we get any credit for these days missed?

I can get on the site and have noticed that the new listings do not have their photographs showing. I would be a little upset if those were my work. Surely he will compensate members for the problems that they are having.

Im not a paid member. My membership ran out a couple of days ago. I can search the listings though. I will see if I can find you. What are you listed under?
Onesleepingangel Studio…I can’t see my nursery or find me in the directory. I didn’t click on any emails or links so I am baffled why I am having all this issue. Maybe it’s cuz I’m a paid member…?

Is our nursery name supposed to show in the directory if we are not paid member?
I am not paid right now and my nursery is not showing either.
Cherie no if you are not paid up your nursery won’t show.
Mary I think maybe it could be my email was to full. I thought you meant my messages on the site but it is my regular email you meant…lol. Someone else on reborns said it was my prob too. I cleared out my email, just not sure if it is safe to click that reactivate button during the hack so I sent Dave another email.

Okay Dave got back and said I could try the reactivate button but it may not work because the server is under attack right now…so I think I will wait. I don’t have anything up for sale now anyway thankfully. Kinda strange this happened to me at the same time as the hack!! I received the AI email to my inbox with no problem?? I’m not convinced it is separate from the attack.
Man I sure do hate all this tech crap! It has been a day. Anyway thanks for the helps guys!
I just got the same “fake email” from the bearpile site now too asking me to verify. So he has been hit hard.

I hope he tacks on a few extra free days for those of us who have a paid membership right now. This is the second time the site has been down this week.
