What oven do you use? I have always used the countertop convention ovens a little different than most. I recently was hospitalized due to COVID. My lungs are still recovering. I would like to get back to reborning/baking but I am terrified to bake in my dollie room now even with the door opens, windows up, mask and etc. how I normally would. I have a deck so I can bake outside. Any oven suggestions.
Glad to hear your recovering! I use a nuwave but I don’t ever bake indoors, even with windows open. I bake out my back door and let them cool in my utility room or outside. They don’t bake or cool anywhere near me or my breathing space.
I have 2 ovens, my $300 nuwave has problems with temp stability, my $50 E-Wave works excellently, and I have used it pretty much exclusively for 2 years now. I used to use 2 ovens and bake the whole baby at the same time, now I just paint parts while the others bake and it works well for me.
I use the Nuwave Pro-plus with an extender ring, sometimes two extender rings. I had another brand of oven that was similar and it only worked well for about three babies before it suddenly melted one.
It’s the NuWave Pro Plus; it comes with one extender ring. I ordered a 2nd extender ring from the company that I use for the larger kits. I’ve had it 4 years now, never had a problem with it.
I remember that- mine was the same kind of oven. I liked the glass bowl and some people love those kind of ovens and use them for years, but it seems the quality is very inconsistent. I would not buy another one.
I am a newbie, but I am in love with my “Newave Pro” from QVC.com price: $130 dollars. 2 years ago. Came with 3” extended ring. I use it inside, close to open window. Good luck.
