what you do different painting a preemie?Ive done one…my first doll and was for a child so i just followed a doll tutorial but i know they can be much better. than it was.
Actually sort of embarassed to ask as my first child WAS a preemie 3 1/2 lbs 16 inches but its been 50 years!
Im guess more mottling more veins as preemies lack the fat layerb bytvi do remember my daughter had head of brown hair

I’ve only done a couple, but I do lots of mottle and a redder complexion. I look at preemie photos while I work.

I do a little more purple on preemies too as heir skin tends to be more transparent and purplish due to poorer circulation
