USPS weight limit?

Anyone know the maximum dimensions and weight a box can be traveling via USPS? I have two big Joe’s going in one big box, for some reason I thought it would be cheaper, the box set me back 12 bucks! I could find one to recycle and I wanted to make sure it was sturdy and didn’t smell like dog food or produce.

I didn’t realize how heavy those chubby boys were.

I found this

I usually go to the local printing business and ask for a copy paper box to send the bigger babies in. Then tape the heck out of it.

Great idea, I did try to find one to recycle but no luck, copy place is excellent, and no funny smells! Thanks

I weighed a ton but got through, it was oversized so they charged me an extra 15 bucks. 148.00 to ship two (big) babies domestic! I totally should have sent two smaller boxes, lesson learned.
