Probably one awake and one asleep, like the realborns. I wouldn’t mind both sleeping as long as it wasn’t the exact same kit.

Isn’t one awake and one asleep more realistic? I don’t have real baby twins but I would imagine when mommy gets one to sleep the other one wakes up. 
…
But then again, I do have a Thomas awake and asleep twins and Micaela keeps trying to wake Beau up. So maybe both awake is more realistic.
