Does anyone know how long Truborns takes to ship? I ordered on Saturday and am still waiting for any sort of shipping notification 
don’t want to be impatient but also I’m on a time crunch!

I ordered a couple of kits from them on Saturday the 25th. They were delivered to me on Thursday the 30th.

I ordered 2 kits from Bobbi on FB and they were shipped out the next day. Then I purchased a 2 kits from trueborns and they were mailed next day.
It’s hit or miss with Truborns. I had one package have to go nearly all the way through the PayPal claims process with no response. Finally, someone told me to message Bobbi on Facebook. She took care of it then and I cancelled the claim. Another package was a layaway that took about 6 weeks after the last payment. Tracking number never would update. Finally, she apologized saying that kit was coming straight from the sculptor. It was a kit that had been released months before. It should have been in stock.
Every other time I’ve ordered, packages got here within a week. Not sure why I keep ordering from her though.

Yes, I agree with the hit or miss. I have had the same type of experience as Katina. I have met Bobbi several times at doll shows and I like her is why I still order from her but there was a period of time after a bad experience that I didn’t order from her for quite some time. You might need to be imatient and ask her, especially if you are on a time crunch.

I was searching to see if anyone else had problems with this site. Because I pre-ordered Stanley Oliver and had seen they had the address wrong. I’ve emailed her more than once and she assured me it would be taken care of. When I checked shipping it says it’s being sent back to California and now no answer from her. I don’t have FB so we’ll see.
She also is between homes at the moment I believe or something like that. She’s normally super fast but right now life has thrown her curveballs. She’s posted several times about the situation and may have longer shipping times. Just pop her a message she’s a wonderful nice lady
