I tried it and did not like it at all. It left my babies sticky even with adding the talc/cornstarch. One of my babies was ruined when her limbs stuck together causing the paint to come off completely.

Did you try it without cornstarch?

I did it as instructed and noticed it was sticky/tacky, so I brushed it with the talc like they suggested to further matte it. That made them less tacky but still not great and they then got stuck together after a couple of weeks sitting and waiting.

I hate this stuff!!! 
I pounced a spot the size of the sponge for 2hrs & it never became matte & stayed sticky!! Then thought well~maybe it needs to dry or cure after pouncing ~so I completed the full head~since I was doing prisma hair~when it was still sticky & tacky after a wk & a half ~I stripped the head & repainted it & just used thinning medium as my sealant! Just wasn’t matte~yet it looked & felt much better!!
