Thank you MacPherson's!

I’d ordered a couple of Morris Toner kits from MacPherson’s Treasure Chest section a while back and just got around to starting one of them. The whole time I was applying the first two color washes I kept thinking his arms sure were boney looking compared to those chunky little legs. The vinyl color was the same but something just didn’t look right. I checked the photos online again and apparently my kit was packaged with the wrong set of arms! I contacted MacPherson’s customer service and told them about it and sent them photos of the arms I had and they were amazing. They said they occasionally get kit that have been packaged incorrectly and they are opening one of the few Morris kits they still have and sending me the correct arms. @MacPhersonCrafts if you are reading this, thank you so much for being so easy to work with and for caring that your customers are happy!

They have been great. I have had a sculpt sent to the wrong place and they took care of it, sent out one to me right away. Don’t know if they ever got the other sculpt back, lovely people to work with.:footprints:

They are great. I bought a twin B a long time ago and it had air bobble in her hands. I contacted Brenda and she send me a extra pair, but they also had air bobbles so she send me another pair.finally the third time is the charm. They don’t have bobbles Yay! I felt bad asking so much, but they are awesome.

Yay! Morris certainly isn’t boney. So he would look funny with the wrong arms.

Yep, that’s one kit that needs chubby arms to go with those squishy cheeks and chunky legs. Some kits are pretty interchangeable as far as limb sizes and proportions, and if this one had been I would have probably never have noticed the issue. I was really impressed that they were caring enough to volunteer to send me the right ones! I felt bad I hadn’t checked the kit when I first got it, but they didn’t even hesitate about making it right. So appreciated!

Can someone explain the shipping from MacPherson’s? I was once going to order from MacPherson website and then my parents didn’t like their shipping.

Their shipping is perfectly reasonable. But they don’t tell you upfront what it is. You pay the invoice for your items. Then when they pack it, they send you another invoice for the shipping. It’s slightly inconvenient because you have to do two transactions. But it’s good because you end up paying exactly the right shipping price.

Or if you order $100+ in the US or Canada you get free shipping! It’s a great deal! And I’ve heard their shipping prices are very reasonable. Wonderful place!

And that’s how they sucker us into spending $100 when we only really need $50 worth of stuff. I fall for it nearly every time. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m just glad I’m not the only one doing it…

And now we get a Mac buck too when we fall for that marketing plan. How will we ever learn self control?! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
