I have a Sugar sculpt on a very poofy teddy bear style body. BB site says she’s 20 inches long. Might a 0-3 month size work for clothes, or 6 month size? It’s going to belong to a child, so bigger rather than smaller would be easier.

I’d say no larger than a 0-3 month if it’s a 20" baby.
For reference, my daughter was 8 pounds 9 ounces and nearly 21 inches long at birth. She didn’t fit newborn for long at all.

Yeah she seems poofier than my newborn sized reborn?
But the only outfit that came with her looks vintage, has no tag and the button can barely be fastened at the neck, it’s so tight.
