"Spit" Bubbles and/or Milk Bubble!?

I want to attempt them but don’t know how. What’s the best way to do it? What things would I need? Can I use paper glaze? I see that Macphersons sells like a kit to do them.

Here is a tutorial.

Some people use little glass beads as this spit bubbles since they don’t pop as easily. I think that’s what the kit you saw is.
