I have sliced an eye trying to cut the back pockets open, so heartbreaking after you have invested so much time into the baby.
I found that you can use a vinyl repair kit (the heated paint they use to repair car seats and pleather jackets). You can get it on amazon.
I mixed the color, filled it (there is an adhesive in there that is awesome) smoothed it, then baked it, it worked out pretty well, kinda tedious but better than scrapping a baby for a little nik.
