I was very delighted when I got a message telling me Semana was sold on Reborns. I was painting when I got the message. This may be why I didn’t see the address of the purchase. Dang, she wanted it shipped to Salem, Kwait. Oi have instructions on my site explaining I only ship in the US. Poor doll would be lucky if she ever got there at all or in good shape. I was so excited with the sale and then not so much!

I check your listing and see that your shipping set to Worldwide. You need to reset that setting.

I’m really sorry this happened to you. What a difficult situation. I’m sure it will work out whichever way you prefer 
you can always refund if you are not comfortable shipping outside the country.
I have refunded her, I feel bad for making the mistake with shipping, but I really don’t want bother with this. I hope she can find another doll doll
