If these are put loose in a fabric body that has a plastic doll armature in it will the silicone react with the plastic? Basically will one destroy or damage the other? I’m very wary of those pellets since a doll I bought was filled with them and went yellow when they all melted inside the vinyl. As vinyl is plastic I’m unsure if the two can safely be in permanent contact.
Baby fat pellets will cause the plastic joints to deteriorate. Silicone and vinyl don’t mix. That’s one way to tell if the Chinese knockoffs are fake. They’re advertised as silicone vinyl and there is no such thing. I put the pellets in a fleece pouch but a sock would also work. They’re really nice in a cuddle baby.
