I am not sure if there are also girl versions or not

Baltic Baby has blank full body silicone kits for under $1,000. That is my suggestion.

Guys, do all silicones have that flakey skin look up close?
Yes, I have purchased a couple from Baltic Baby but be aware that their silicone, while they claim it is eco 20, it is firmer than my other eco 20 babies. Also, they use two-part molds so there will be slight seam lines along the side edges.
