Signature

SO…if we require signature and they don’t get it then the buyer claims they never got the package wonder what PP will do in those cases? My whole motivation has always been to protect myself against a fraudulant charge back since PP usually sides with the buyer and also to have proof of where the package went if the customer does not get it so it protects them too if I need to file a claim for their refund. I have had to do that once recently with the USPS as I mailed a cuddle body that went lost and to my knowledge has never been found.

Right. They don’t even have to gush all over how cute they think the baby is. Just a simple it arrived would be good.

Yeah I agree. I get nervous that they actually hate my doll and might file a claim when I don’t hear that they at least like it lol
The “life is busy” excuse is lame. They weren’t too busy to go through the ordering process…takes 1 minute to write it arrived, I like it

Ya it definitely makes you start wondering. I try to tell myself they were just excited to open it and have it so they didn’t think to send a message then forgot after that.
