Shiny vinyl after removing paint with acetone. What should I do? Is the kit still salvegable

Is there anything I can do to keep this kit.it is the shyann by alaina Patterson. I got the biracial version but didnt like the way my air dry paint turned out what should i do

I would add a sealer and then paint.

I would wash it really well again and then use this sealer recipe by @anjsmiles

20 drops distilled water
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
1 level plastic picnic spoon of Americana Soft Touch Varnish. (Also works with DecoArt Dura Clear Ultra Matte Varnish)
Stir varnish thoroughly.
Dissolve cornstarch in distilled water. Add varnish. Mix well.

I apply thinly with a brush then pounce or blot with a cosmetic sponge. I stir it again between limbs because it tends to settle. It should look very matte. Let it sit for 24-48 hours then start painting.
