Can i use Grumbacher final fixative to seal my reborn doll’s paint?

I had to look that up, I don’t think that would be good to use on a reborn.

With a bit of Golden Super Matte medium and some matting powder (you can also use cornstarch)
I do one coat of that and then I do a coat of this
