Romilly Brace Measurements

Since everyone on this forum is so lovely, it’s always the first place I turn for baby help. I am making a custom outfit for a Romilly Brace. The artist has requested an bonnet, but I cannot find the measurements for her head! Does anyone have this kit that could measure for me?

It’s 12 1/2 inches circumference, 3 1/2 inches from top to hears

Thank you! How did you measure the circumference? The measurements the pattern asks for are lobe-to-lobe (bottom of earlobe, over the top of the head, to the bottom of the other earlobe) and tilted circumference.
