Redoing my dolly room

I have bunk beds in the doll room. I used the top bunk for doll stuff. The bottom bunk was to be for my grand kids, when they spend the night. Neither one of them will sleep in the bed. So I decided I want the room to look more like a baby/nursery room. I’m gonna take the bunk beds down. I brought a brand new crib in the box from fb marketplace. She wanted 130. I offered 100 n she accepted it. This bed is 259 on Amazon. So, I got a very good deal. I have the swing, I brought the other day. I don’t know when I’m gonna do the switch out tho. I would love to see pictures of your nursery if you have it set up like a baby nursery. Here is a picture of the bunk beds n the new crib. I gotta clean the bottom bunk off.

I love how you’ve used the bed to hang your parts :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Have fun getting set up and organized! I’m sure it will be exciting and inspiring to work in :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

The crib I have is also white and a similar style to yours. It has a carved bow at the top of the back arch and a four post dust ruffle rail. I’ve not been able to set it up since I moved six months ago.

Due to current space issues and getting ready to have a family of six live with us for (what I hope to be) a short while, it’s currently in a closet. If I’m able to get things set up as I’d like them to eventually be, I look forward to sharing photos.

I also have a bassinet, a bouncer seat, and a vintage 1940’s newborn crib that I hope to be able to set up one day. I plan to paint the walls a yellow with a gray trim.

One day…

I’m excited to see your room once it’s set up! I’ll live vicariously through others rooms for the time being.

Edited to add photos…

That’s a very nice crib. I totally understand about the space. I hope you’ll be able to set energy thing up one day. My walls are like a tan/beige color. I have stickers on the wall. I ordered more of what’s on the walls. Do I can do the wall where the bunk beds are,

This is my current setup for kit storage and parts hanging.

This is an industrial strength kitchen shelf. It works great for storing boxes and tubs of supplies.

The seller I bought these from no longer has them available, but with a quick Amazon search it will be easy to find others that do.

Please forgive the poor lighting and ugly walls. This whole place needs renovation and my studio area is not a high priority.

I think I had one of the storage racks, but it was smaller. I have some sturdy heavy duty shelves now. I have my kits in totes. Each tote is labeled with the kits names. I need to go through them. I’ve thrown some kits in the totes n didn’t add the name. I almost ordered them hooks. I went with the white square ones. So they wouldn’t scratch the rails up.
