I don’t understand why Dave can’t fix how the photos are processed. I have spoke to him before about the same issue. I changed photos for Sebastian, everything was fine, I had removed all the old photos and added 19 new ones. Then I found the 20th photo to add and it removed all but five photos and said the others were “processing”. I finally closed out knowing that I will need to start completely over. This same issues has been discussed many times before. He no longer has all mail show on his sight, so no one can see what others have written. I’m too mad to text him about this, he’ll write the same check my browser, etc……ugh

I always load mine under secret buying/ hidden or whatever that is called. I come back later and check it. By then they are all there. Then I publish.

Claire, thank you I’ll try that next time. I’ve actually messed the photos by hitting the update button and nothing happens for what seems like toooo Lon, thus touching the update button again and then really mess thing up

If you upload with an iPhone, it’s a terrible system but on your computer, it’s much better. I’ve had the same happen; looks good but then the pictures disappear.

I have also found it very hard to upload on my iPhone, I was actually uploading off my iPad this time, sometimes I use my Mac computer, I can’t decide if some of my issues are because of my apple products, or if it is always coming from Dave’s system.

The last few listings this has been happening to me as well. Photos once uploaded without an issue. Then i check the listing and only 3 processed. The others say check back later. I check back later to see that the images thatvwere attempting to.process are no longer there. Image not found. I upload again and maybe they go maybe they dont. Ots very frustrating because we have limited time on that first page. Not knowing only 3 pics are showing if you dont check can cost you

I know what you are talking about!!
I just usually end up loading one pic at a time…and then…when I look…several may still be processing…if they dont upload in a few minutes…i delete and try again…
I think the system gets stuck or something.
I don’t actually post my listing until I’m sure all pix are uploaded!!

Hi @BabiesBreath…Welcome to the forum… Look forward to seeing some of your dolls. 
After uploading your photos go to edit items under the listing and continually reload the page until all the photos show up and then post them. Far easier than re uploading pictures over and over.
I usually count to 10 between each reload of the page but I have to do it multiple times.
