On the REALBORN birth certificate do you put date and time of birth? Are leave it blank.

Personally I fill it in.
I fill all the infos. I am not comfortable with unuse COA around all those fake kits…

I fill it all in. Especially since the realborn COAs are strictly sculpt and artist info. I personally never remember the time, I just pick a random time 
But I think the date is important, to know when it was completed in case of curing issues or just to know how “old” the doll is. I also include an artist COA and birth certificate, I leave the name on the birth certificate blank but fill in all the other info also. I agree with @Leabelle about all the fake kits, not to mention scammers that buy dolls and resell as their own work, it’s just a tiny bit of extra protection.
