Mine got canceled and have to send refund and a friend also got same email as well. So now wait refund. As my friend was also going to order kit for me to paint for her as well. We’re both bummed.

Mine was cancelled, too. I was so excited. Now I’m disappointed. I think they should have honored the orders that had been placed before they took him off. Although we probably should have realized they’re not going to sell a $160 kit for $35.

I agree. They should honor the orders already placed. I emailed them asking for the reason for the cancellations and mentioned that the orders should be honored. I doubt if I get a response.

At that price there may have been too many orders for them to absorb the loss.

I ordered him as well. I also ordered 2 bodies n the angel soft polyfil. He was refunded. But, they didn’t cancel the bodies. So, I ended up paying 14.95 for an order that totaled 22.00. I would have preferred they emailed me ahead of time to see if I wanted the rest of the order. I would have canceled the whole order!

I replied to the email, asking why was I refunded for Charlie. He appears to be in stock. If it was a glitch in their system. That’s their fault, not ours. I feel we should have still been able to get him at the price. I haven’t received a response either.

He’s on sale today for $95.97. Still a good price but not as good as $35.

Same here. I ordered the Realborn Landon at full price since I was getting such a great deal on 2 Charlies. I wish they would have canceled the entire order. I would have waited to order Landon when they had a percent off sale.
