Did he have varnish on him? I’m wondering if you use W&N to strip varnished babies?
Can’t wait to see how he looks when you complete him!

I’ve used W&N to strip kits that had been varnished. One in particular had very thick sandpaper feeling varnish. That one took a lot of work, but it did eventually come off.

Yes varnish comes off, he seems to have varnish on some spots but not all
