I agree but I see the benefit in a class setting with young kids/artists, so they are not pushing stuffing out of the holes

Makes no sense to me. If the stocking part isn’t supposed to go in the body, it makes it sound like it’s just a way to keep the stuffing from coming out the neck opening. It’s hard enough to get everything in there without having to stick your hand and arm through a stocking too. Does anyone have that much trouble with stuffing escaping from the neck opening???

Yep that’s it.
I thought it was self contained-like a reg knee high. It’s just a hollow tube. After all the discussion, I think I like my way the best. If I can utilize it then why not?
No, I seal the neck flange, as well as the limbs, and nothing escapes from them, and nothing can get in them.

I can’t see really needing these over the others myself. The closed leg/arm caps are nice but not a must have. I think the stocking would just be in my way.
