How did any of you piglet makers know how to paint your pig?? And how did you stuff them?
Working on one now! I love the way this little kit feels. If you’re going for realism though, know that there are many creases to clean. Look at real piggies, and photos of completed ones for ideas. They seem pretty fun and easy to make. I am planning to weight mine like I do with the babies.
I can’t wAit to see yours @Marissa! Mine is my moms Easter pressie!
Aww, that’s so sweet of you!!! That will be the cutest Easter present ever!
Lolol she wants a pet… And my dad won’t let her have a dog! Lolol she can carry this guy around… Maybe my dad will think she’s crazy, worry about what the neighbors will say… And she can get a puppy. Lolol I’m always thinking!
️
Haha! I like the way you think.
In my house, nothing was ever easy. I learned there’s a way around pretty much anything… Even if it’s a long way:-)
I looked up pictures and have a book on raising pigs to use as a reference I made my piggy a bit heavy with the glass bead and polyfil then Ga e get a cute outfit. I gave her some hair but liked her better with just the painted hair. Still love her.
I can’t wait to start mine Grammy!!! Thank you again!!! Ok., I won’t root her!
I want to start mine too, but I need a body and am not willing to pay that ridiculous price for one, so I’m going to attempt a pattern and create my own, shouldn’t be that complicated. Finding the time is the only thing in the way right now…but I could paint it while I’m painting the custom babies!
I’m going to start after my swap baby❤️❤️
Piglet are you going to paint it with GHSP or Air Dry (acrylic) I read somewhere someone did that. Must make it easier----you could put the paint on thicker??? Maybe—whatdaya think??? Where’s Izzy, let’s ask her, she’ll know!
I don’t have air dry!!! Only ghsp! ️
Yep, me too!!
Beautiful! Love her!
Where did u find that cute little hoodie?!
You did amazing!!! I am going to TRY and copycat you!!! ️️️️
Thanks Nikki I think I’ll do one for my Mum for her birthday. She’ll be 90 yrs young and won’t get a pet for fear of leaving it behind, this is the perfect pet for her.Great idea, thanks.
Love it!!! ️️️
I wonder if you could use prisma for the white hairs on the pig?
