So I sent an invoice to a customer and she says she paid. But PayPal still says that the invoice is unpaid. It’s been almost 12 hours since she paid. Has this happened to anyone else? And how do I fix it? Is it anything I need to worry about?
There is a scam like that. Do not ship it until it clears in your PayPal account.

There’s a scam where the person will send a fake PayPal email saying they paid. If there’s no funds in your balance or pending hold they HAVE NOT PAID!

I never care what anyone say. Even if I get a PayPal email, I go directly to PayPal by typing in their address and check from there.
I have gotten some really legit looking emails with a PayPal logo on it that ended up being fake.
