I have a baby that is being sent to me to give new hair and the baby wasn’t given hardly any color, as far as I know he was sealed…but can I add color over the sealer? I use ghsp…thanks 
If the baby was painted in the beginning with GHSP then you can definitely paint over the matte varnish if it is Genesis also. Make sure to varnish again after painting is finished.
I don’t use ghsp myself, but I’ve heard from people on here that they do sometimes paint over the sealer. So it should be fine.
