You are doing great.

Will this baby have long hair? If not, you might want to cut it in half or you’re going to waste a lot of it.

I see improvement already!

No but idk how to cutt it lol this is my oldest daughters baby . We cutt her hair off so I saved it for her baby . This hair was much easier to root then the bought hair lol

Thanks everyone ! Now I got to figure out how to style and cutt lol

Next time you are going to root, cut the hair into lengths of about 2 - 3 inches. This will save you a lot of hair. I cut my hair into pieces of about 2 1/2 inches or so and lay it on a paper towel with the words ’ cut end ’ at the top. Always make sure you keep the cut end up towards the writing so you know which direction the hair must go. If you root with your hair going the wrong direction it will not lay nice and smooth, it will frizz!! Run you fingers down the hair shaft and you will see that one direction the hair feels smooth and silky and when you run your fingers the other direction you will feel a bit of roughness in the fiber. Maybe you already know about this but just in case you didn’t, I thought it might help. Rooting takes lots of practice, you’ll get it!!
