Ok shiny baby in town

Ok everyone I thank all of you for helping me with my new paint and telling me what mediums to get and stuff but is This normal I just started painting with the new golden and reborn FX paints and this is happening whattttt!!! Why so shiny its looking so bad

Normal. You will get it matt with the varnish.
